This Privacy Policy discloses the online privacy practices for Eastone Equities LLC, a New York limited liability company and its affiliates (collectively, “Eastone” or “we”) and applies to the information we collect through eastoneequities.com (and any mobile site or mobile application that link to this Privacy Policy) (collectively, the “Site”).

Eastone reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter, update, or remove portions of this Privacy Policy. We will alert you that changes have been made by indicating on the bottom of this Privacy Policy the date it was last updated. We encourage you to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed about how Eastone is helping to protect the personal information we collect. 2. Information we collect from you

Eastone collects, stores and uses information about your visits to the Site and about your computer, tablet, mobile or other device through which you access the Site. If at any time Eastone allows you to sign up to receive updates or newsletters from us via the Site, Eastone may ask you to provide personal information about yourself, including, without limitation your name and email address. Except as provided in this Privacy Policy, to the extent it collects Personal Information, Eastone will not sell, trade or otherwise provide Personal Information to any third party other than to entities affiliated with Eastone or contractors and agents that Eastone engages to perform functions on our behalf. Eastone may compile and provide aggregate statistics about our Site visitors to third parties, but these statistics will not include any Personal Information. Eastone may also use the Personal Information collected where we have your specific consent to do so, or where Eastone has a legitimate interest in or other legal basis for processing such information.

Eastone uses appropriate physical, technical and organizational security measures to protect personal information both online and offline from unauthorized use, loss, alteration, destruction or modification. Where data processing is carried out on our behalf by a third party, we take steps to ensure that appropriate security measures are in place to prevent unauthorized disclosure of personal information. Despite these safeguards, however, Eastone cannot and does not guarantee the security of any Personal Information or other information we collected.

Eastone retains Personal Information, as necessary, for the duration of the relevant business relationship. We may also retain Personal Information for longer than the duration of the business relationship should we need to retain it to protect ourselves against legal claims, use it for analysis or historical record-keeping, or comply with our information management policies and schedules. If you request that we delete your personal data, Eastone will make reasonable attempts to delete all instances of the information in their entirety.

7. Sensitive Personal Information

We do not generally seek to collect sensitive personal information through our Site. Sensitive personal information for purposes of this Privacy Policy is information relating to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade-union membership, health or sex life, sexual orientation, genetic or biometric information. If we do collect sensitive personal information, we will ask for your explicit consent as required by applicable law to our proposed use of that information at the time of collection.

8. Protection of Children’s Personal Information

The Site is not directed at children, and WE DO NOT ALLOW INDIVIDUALS WHO WE KNOW ARE UNDER 18 TO USE THE SITE. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD TO USE OUR SITE. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under 18, subject to applicable law, we will either (i) delete this information from our databases, in accordance with our deletion procedures; or (ii) obtain verifiable parental consent, in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. Please understand that we cannot necessarily tell if a user is providing us with his or her true age.
