The Development Project Manager will be responsible for the development of new construction or remodels. Delivery of the site and the responsibilities will commence at due diligence through construction. This individual will be the project manager responsible for oversight of engineers, architects and other consultants, budgeting, contract administration, scheduling and coordination with operations.

Providing legal support and advice to corporate development, finance, partnerships, international ventures, corporate and construction teams on all real estate and construction-related legal matters.

Work with the management team and board of directors; create the five-year strategic plan and the implementation procedures.

Responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow, and business goals and objectives.

Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes internal and external.
